[f2py] Segmentation Fault

This is my first f2py project.  I have some fortran code from someone else that I am working with.  I have everything working fine.  I can run through a series of routines and continue doing whatever I want in Python, but when I exit the python shell I get a segmentation fault.  I am assuming this is because of some variables that aren't getting cleaned up or something.  Is there some way to run a command before exiting so I can avoid the annoying segmentation fault error?
