All you need is installing numpy that provides f2py. Numpy windows installers are available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/numpy/files/NumPy/ I have used MinGW 20110802 with success, for instance. As a minimum, I install the following MinGW packages: gfortran, binutils, msys-bash msys-core msys-coreutils, msys-make, msys-diffutils, msys-patch, pthreads-w32 In case of problems, be more specific in used windows version, used command line and the error output.
