length validator mini-bug

When I use a MinLength(6) validator the default message is "Enter a
value more than 6 characters long". I think it should actually be
"Enter a value at least 6 characters long".

Like I said, rather trivial and overridable, but default should be accurate.

I'm using fe 0.4 via turbogears 0.9a4.
