Re: using min and max with float

Uh, why does it seem like min doesn't work for the Int validator?

In [1]: from formencode import validators

In [2]: validators.Int(min=0).to_python('-1')

Out[2]: -1

In [3]: validators.Int(min=0).from_python('-1')

Out[3]: -1

There's no test for min and max in the doctest, but I can see the
support for it in the code.
