OpenID

The right spelling of OpenID is with capital letters on ID and not OpenId.

This change may have an impact on class OpenId(FancyValidator) (I don't know
what says PEP-8 in this case) and on

messages = {
        'badId': _('"%(id)s" is not a valid OpenId (it is neither an URL nor
an XRI)')
 }
