Changed :module: to :mod: in docs/Validator.txt

Hi

I wanted the formencode documentation for offline viewing so I did a
checkout on the trunk and built the docs.

After building the docs and fixing the :mod: problem I realized my
local docs looks more completed then what's on the website.
