htmlfill: force_defaults=False and <select> fields.

Hello all!

Would it be possible to have w31rd0's patch
against htmlfill checked in? I just ran into the
same bug with force_defaults=False and <select>
fields. I monkeypatched around it, but it's be
great if w31rd0's patch could land in trunk. (I'm
assuming the intended behavior was as w31rd0 and
the unit tests suggested; apologies if it's not.)
