FormEncode manual update

I'm working on an update to the FormEncode manual.  If you have any
tips or recipes you think should be documented, or any questions about
FormEncode which aren't addressed in the manual but you wish they
were, please add them to the wiki page:

I'm especially looking for any complex tips such as ForEach, chained
validators, schemas, state, custom validators, etc.  Things I can't
come up with myself. :)

It will probably be late November or December before a draft is ready
because I'm in the middle of another manual (for WebHelpers), but the
more topics we can get listed on the wiki page, the better it will be.
