validators.RequireIfMatching missing from pypi package

Hello,

I'm not sure if it's the right place, but I just want to inform - pypi
package (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/FormEncode/1.3.0a1) differs from
one in github repository (https://github.com/formencode/formencode).
At least validators.RequireIfMatching class is missing in pypi package.
