Hey,

ich finde

docker_compose["services"]["app"]["ports"] = [f"{str(ext_port)}:80"]

schöner, das ist aber rein persönliches Empfinden. Aber vielleicht hilft
Dir das trotzdem. Schau mal nach f-strings.
