          IDLE v3.8.10 (64 bit)<br>
          Python 3.8.10 Tk version 8.6.10<br>
    in Linux Mint  20.2 Uma (64 bit), which is based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
    (Focal Fossa) <br>

    The problem: in both the IDLE shell and the editor,  'File &gt; Save
    As' seems not to allow creation of a new folder. <br>
