Why does python 3.10.5 dose'nt have run option

I am just now learning python im studying in class 11 when i use my laptop
to learn python im not able to see the option run and im not able to use
the function f5 , So i just want to conform that am i the one is not able
to run option in my pc or this version dosen't have that option.
