PIL for Python 3

An unofficial, unsupported port of PIL 1.1.7 to Python 3 can be found at 
<http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#pil>. The binaries for 
Windows pass all selftests. The scripts are untested.
