My long term goal is to run mezzanine using virtualenv on a windows7 box. =
I'm able to get mezzanine up an running but I receive a "decoder jpeg not a=
vailable" error when I try to add images. It appears that libjpeg did not =
get installed. I used "pip install mezzanine" which installed pillow as a d=
ependancy. Do I need to manually install libjpeg first? How would I go ab=
out doing that on windows7? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.=
