Image.py cannot identify existing jpg file

I just started using the PIL, seems to do most of what I want - up
to now...<br>

I have the following code:<br>

The file does exist and the py is in the same directory. <br>

Is there some reason that this is not getting the name to the
Image.py modual? <br>
