Many thanks for the replies.
Indeed, based on Thomas', I did:
(slide type: skip)
from notebook.services.config import ConfigManager
from IPython.utils.path import locate_profile
cm = ConfigManager(profile_dir=locate_profile(get_ipython().profile))
cm.update('livereveal', {
'theme': 'sky',
'transition': 'cube', # zoom
'start_slideshow_at': 'selected',
})
I am fine with restarting the kernel. Yet I don't get what Thomas says by
"And you don't need any of the profile stuff - Jupiter".
Well, I am happy with what I got so far.
And for Damian, I am using notebook 4.2.1 an RISE master indeed, but not
using (conda?) environment (I use Fink on my Mac + pip). And how to "you
can also use the notebook metadata..." ?
Many thanks and Many more Thanks for these incredible IPython, Jupyter and
RISE.
