ipywidgets javascript error

Hi all,

I get the following error on an inconsistent basis when using widgets. I 
have run the suggested command.

The error only comes up sometimes. I'm not sure what the trigger is that 
causes it. Things work fine whether I get the error or not.

Widget Javascript not detected.  It may not be installed properly. Did you enable the widgetsnbextension? If not, then run "jupyter nbextension enable --py --sys-prefix widgetsnbextension"
