This is a role for a true leader in every sense of the word who wants not only to lead a team but help steer the entire direction of the company. * You will manage and be accountable for this dynamic and talented engineering team while being responsible for growing the team significantly in the coming months. You will be required to formulate and guide the company's overall technical strategy and implement that strategy to meet the company's goals. You will work in concert with the executive team to assist in product strategy and development and convey the technical aspects of that strategy to stakeholders, our Board of Directors, and our customers.
