an opportunity in Oregon

I'm working as a manager and developer for a small startup in Beaverton, Oregon.  We're
developing a web-based e-commerce site, using python and the XP methodology.

Most of us are learning python as we go; our one proficient pythonista will be leaving
the team in late September to return to school.  As a result, we're looking to add
another experienced python developer to our team.

The catch is that compensation is currently in the form of stock grants; we're hoping
to transition to salaries by year end.
