Open Source Events - Security Conference - Keynote with Bruce Perens

Dear Python Marketers,

I am the organizer behind Open Source Events, and am interested in letting
the everyone know about an upcoming very reasonably priced conference that
may be of interest. Bruce Perens, one of the founding members of Open Source
itself is giving a keynote on "Why people who care about security use Open
Source, and what we need to do to keep it that way.".

The conference theme is on Open Source Security and is on June 11th in
Vancouver, BC, Canada. It's a one day, single track event costing only $150
for all sessions for general admission, and $100 for students. The early
bird registration special is on right now until May 1st providing a $50
discount for both general admission and students. You can register online at

We are still in the final days of the call for speakers, and will have the
complete list by the 17th of April published on the website at
