www.python.org marketing material

At PyCon, the pydotorg team agreed to update the Python website to both
simplify it and contain some marketing material -- provided someone (or
some people) generated the content for us.  This is separate from the
interface/visual redesign that's being primarily led by Tim Parkin.

Anyone want to step up to the plate?
