That's fine:  we never know *exactly* what a SIG will do before it starts
up.  The point of asking is to see whether there's enough interest to *get*
it started.  The response to this has been unusually high.

If it follows the pattern of other high-profile SIGs, it will have a
vigorous life until someone actually produces code.  Then everyone will run
away frightened <0.9 wink>.
