This is to let you know that I'm planning to resurrect the import-sig.  The
(new) mission of this SIG is primarily to shepherd the landing of PEP 382, =
but
there will also likely be some side work in refactoring and simplifying
import.c and importlib as well.  We intend this to be a fairly short-lived
SIG; in all likelihood we'll shut it down after the PEP 382 stuff lands, or=
 no
later than the Python 3.3 release.

I'm going to make Eric Smith (BDFOP of PEP 382) and myself the admins, and
will update the website.
