Session management implementation in mod_python

Hi,

We have created two web applications within the a single domain. We are
using mod_python cookies. And I have set the cookies with domain as the
main domain. Now, I am unable to access the cookie that I had set in one
application from the other. What things, other than setting the domain of
the cookie should be done so as to enable the access of a cookie of one
application from another ?
