As stated before, I don't want to add this directly.  You can
use the ice40_primitives.  The goal in rhea will be to have a
generic `input_buffer` that will insert the correct primitive
depending on the board/fpga.  For your project you can use the
ice40_primitives that Dave V. has put together directly.
