problem compile myhdl.vpi in windows

Hi,  when I compile myhdl for iverilog in cygwin, it report error

iverilog-vpi myhdl.c myhdl_table.c
gcc: fatal error: input file ‘myhdl.c’ is the same as output file

Is there any hint how to solve the problem. Oh there is binary myhdl.vpi for use?
