NumPy 2.5.2 release schedule

Hi All,

I had originally planned to release 2.5.2 this weekend. Because Python
3.15.0rc1 is scheduled for next Tuesday (8/5/2026) I have decided to delay
until after that release and the expected release of a matching
cibuildwheel. That should allow a bit more time for some of the pending
backports.
