Hi Almar, I've released 3.0.2b2, which has the fixes. I've also done some work on a 3.0.3 branch which aims to use the "same code base" approach instead of 2to3. Consider that an extremely experimental branch, however, as I still don't have any non-trivial test cases I can run against it, and there were a *lot* of changes.
