A short time ago, the NumPy 2.0 was released. Unfortunately, NumPy 2.0 is
not binary compatible with packages compiled against NumPy 1.x. In
contradiction, packages compiled against numpy 2.0 should be compatible
with the previous NumPy release.

Try to compile from source ends with error
`src/numpy_formathandler.pyx:22:42: 'Py_intptr_t' is not a type identifier`

Is it planned to create a new release compiled against numpy 2.0?

Regards,
Grzegorz Bokota

PS. I'm one of cibuildwheel maintainers and if you use this tool and need
to help feel free to ask.
