PyOpenGL 3.1 RPMs for Centos6.2+ and Fedora 19+

Hi,

Amongst other things, we're having to package PyOpenGL and
PyOpenGL_accelerate 3.1 for CentOS and Fedora.
So I thought this might be of interest to some users on this list.
