cannot access optik subversion

Hello,

I'm having some trouble accessing the subversion for optik. Is it down, 
or only accessible to developers? Here's what svn is returning to me:

svn info svn://starship.python.net/optik/
svn: Berkeley DB error for filesystem /home/svn/optik/db while opening

Permission denied
