Various string changes

Hi!

It's me again. First, thanks Greg for your answer earlier. I managed to
get the width thing working, although I failed with making the help
message say "Usage:" and "Options:". If someone has the time to provide
a code example I would be most greatful.

Also, I've been trying to change the description for the built-in "-h,
--help"-option without success. I suspect one should use format_help(),
but I havn't figured out just how. So some code for this would also be
great... :-)
