No response from europython about discount

Hi there, My apologies if this is not the correct place to ask for this, but I couldn't find any other. About a month ago I sent an email asking for a price discount, and still no word from europython staff...It would be great to know if its been approved or rejected, but this lack of feedback is disturbing, at least.
