Spare Dell Laptop Charger?

Hi all,

I've arrived in Bilbao to find my my Dell XPS 13 laptop charging cable has
stopped working. The laptop is ok, but the cable won't charge it, and the
LED on the cable doesn't light up.

None of the techie shops I visited today could supply a replacement, so I
wondered if anyone had a spare one I could borrow or buy?

The spec is:
- AC Input: 100 ~ 240V 50~ 60Hz
- DC Output: 19.5V 2.31A 45W
