I only saw 2 things.  Otherwise, lgtm.

There are two duplicated lines for Exception:

     PRE_INIT(Exception)
-    PRE_INIT(StandardError)
+    PRE_INIT(Exception)

\versionchanged (or added) shouldn't have a period at the end of the
sentence.  It will be added automatically.
