How do I get preview ?

Following my fresh 0.7.4 manual installation I was able to upstream to a 
FTP server.

But if I go to http://127.0.0.1:4334/preview/ I get :

Error response
Error code 500.
Message: Internal Server Error.

FYI, I the rendered files under C:\Documents and Settings\user\.PyDS\www

I've tried to change the home dir with set HOME  before starting PyDS 
with python pyds-start but that didn't change anything.
