Actually PyDS does this automatically. The homepage only shows the
newest 15 postings. Older postings automatically scroll out to the
archives. All postings are rendered to their archive pages - even
current ones. The calendar is the way to navigate to older postings.

Each tool with blog character (the Weblog, the Blogmarks, the Pictures)
maintains it's own archive pages.

I have a dedicated ArchiveTool that produces special archive pages with
shortened views of posts (only titles are shown) and with more content
than just the weblog, but that's not yet released.
