NSAnyEventMask as unsigned int?

I am getting an error when passing NSAnyEventMask, pyobjc complains
that it is the wrong magnitude.

Instead passing 0xffffff, apparently works.

I am using PyObjc 2.3 on OSC 10.6.8.
