Re: pyrcc5 builds against system library path, not virtualenv's

It does look like the same issue indeed.
Let's hope for a quick fix.

As a workaround, I am using this:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/PyQt5/Qt/lib/
