I copied libEGL.dll, libGLESv2.dll,opengl32sw.dll and d3dcompiler_*.dll to the directory my pyqt5 program resides in, then replace all DLLs with the name containing "140" in C:\Users\i\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36-32\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\bin with those packed with shiboken2, then the issue gone.
