PyQt5 on El Capitan

Thank you for your answers. I tried /PyQt5-5.14.2-5.14.2-cp35.cp36.cp37.cp38-abi3-macosx_10_6_intel. It loaded without error but would not run. I don’t understand this: Thus, you'd either need to install the Qt 5.12 LTS, or - given that you don't get security updates from Apple for your OS anymore anyways - Qt 5.13. What does LTS mean?
