PyQt5 on El Capitan

Thank you for your answers.  I tried /PyQt5-5.14.2-5.14.2-cp35.cp36.cp37.cp38-abi3-macosx_10_6_intel.  It loaded without error but would not run.  I don’t understand this:

What does LTS mean?  Can I use 5.12 LTS or 5.13, if so where can I get the wheel files?
