PyQt v5.15.0 has been released. This adds support for Qt v5.15.0 
including the new QtQuick3D module.

PyQt5-sip v12.8.0 has also been released and there are corresponding new 
releases of all the related packages. Details can be found in the 
respective NEWS files or on the website.
