Pyro 4.18 released! (ipv6 support)

Hi,

Pyro 4.18 has just been released!

The big change for this release is that IPv6 is now supported.

By means of a config item Pyro still defaults to IPv4 addressing because of backward
compatibility reasons. Details can be found in the change log for 4.18, and in the
"ipv6 support" paragraph in the Tips & Tricks chapter in the documentation
(http://pythonhosted.org/Pyro4/tipstricks.html#ipv6-support).

Note that the IPv6 feature has only been available in the 'ipv6' branch so far. I've
landed it more or less unchanged in the main release now. It hasn't seen much testing,
so please if you use it and see strange stuff happening, don't hesitate to share.
