Hi,

Pyro 4.20 has just been released!

Get it from Pypi: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Pyro4/
Documentation: http://pythonhosted.org/Pyro4/index.html

The big change for this release is that Pyro no longer uses pickle as serialization
protocol by default. This means that Pyro longer suffers from its security problems.

Pyro now supports a few different protocols (serpent, json, marshal, and pickle).
Serpent is the new default. This protocol is also written by me, and can be found as a
separate project here: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/serpent
It will be installed as a dependency when you install Pyro4.
You can use a new config item to select a different serializer if you so desire.

Have fun!
