Pyro 4.21 released! important fixes, upgrading strongly recommended

Pyro 4.21 has just been released!

This release contains a couple of important fixes, and upgrading is strongly
recommended. As usual the complete change log can be found in the documentation, but
here are a few of the most important changes:

- - fixed denial of service vulnerabilities in socket servers
- - fixed async regression when dealing with errors
- - no longer supports jython 2.5. You'll have to upgrade to jython 2.7.
- - implemented autoproxy support for serpent and json serializers
- - fixed serpent serialization problem with backslash escapes in unicode strings

Serpent (the serializer library) needs to be updated to 1.3 to fix that last issue.
(will happen automatically if you install with pip)
