Pyrolite 1.20 released (wire protocol 46/pyro 4.22)

Hi,

I've released a new version (1.20) of Pyrolite, the native-Java and .Net library to
interface with Pyro and Python/pickle.

The new feature is the bump to Pyro wire protocol v46, which is used by Pyro 4.22 and
newer. This version of Pyrolite can not be used with older Pyro versions.
Note that at this time pickle is still the only serializer that is available. I'm
planning to add serpent to the next release so that you don't have to fall back to an
unsafe Pyro configuration any longer.
