If you look at the bottom of every email, including yours, you'll see:
[...]

Right at the bottom of that page you'll see:
> To unsubscribe from Pyro-core, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address

Enter your email address, press ENTER, you'll be taken to a page with a
big fat Unsubscribe button.  Click it.  It'll send you a confirmation
email that you simply reply to and send.  (To make sure it's really you
that clicked Unsubscribe.)
