As the documentation says, Pyro needs to also have the serpent library installed
(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/serpent). Install that and your problem goes away.
How did you install Pyro? Serpent is listed as a dependency of Pyro4 and should be
installed automatically at the same time you installed Pyro itself...
