What is the *exact* error including stacktrace?
Printing and check the uri of your nameserver proxy, does it point to the correct name
server?
Do you have multiple name servers running in your network?
What does "python -m Pyro4.nsc list"  print, is your object registered correctly?
Enable Pyro logging and check the logfile of your client and server (incl. naming
server) for details.

It's not related to closed/open ports because that would give you a communication error
and not a namingerror.

It's a bit much source code to debug now, sorry. Please investigate using the above
suggestions and narrow down further first.
