:-( Unfortunately it's 2.5.2.8 again and I'm not in a position to 
upgrade anything at the moment (customer visit....not a good time to be 
upgrading :-)) so I'm still seeing Shift+click behaving the same as a 
normal click.

Anybody else running wxPython 2.6 and able to select blocks of rows?
